Two minutes.
No API key to store anywhere.

  1. SpaceSalesTo do · Doing · Done

    Create a space

Name it after the work, invite the people who do it, pick the statuses you actually use.

  2. https://mcp.cashew.tools/mcp

    Connect your assistant

Paste one URL into its connector settings. Approve the scopes, the spaces, and the expiry.

  3. You

    What's on my plate?

    Ask it something

“What's on my plate?” is a good first question. Then file the thing you have been carrying around.

Built for a team, not a single inbox

A real task manager.
Small on purpose.

Enough structure to run real work, not a project management suite nobody fills in. A live board updates as teammates and their assistants work.

  • Spaces, lists, statuses. Statuses are names your team picks, and the assistant uses the same names.
  • Subtasks, comments, attachments. The detail lives on the task, not in a chat history.
  • Roles. Owners, admins, members, and guests. Assistants inherit the person's role, never more.

You decide what it can touch

You choose what it can do.
You can revoke it in one click.

When you connect an assistant, you pick the actions, the spaces, and how long the connection lasts. Ninety days by default. Nothing to rotate afterwards.

  • Nothing an assistant deletes is gone. Deletes are recoverable for thirty days.
  • Grants, not API keys. A consent screen you can read, then renew or revoke.

You can always tell who did what

Every task carries an actor.

The person, the assistant acting for them, the connection it used, and when that connection expires. Useful for a team lead, reassuring for anyone letting an assistant write on their behalf.

Questions

The ones people ask first.

How much does it cost?

Free for you and a few teammates: spaces, lists, assistants, grants, and the audit log. Team and Enterprise pricing is announced at launch.

How long to set up?

About two minutes. Create a space, paste one URL into your assistant, approve what it can touch, and ask what's on your plate.

Which assistants work with it?

Claude, ChatGPT, and Cursor are tested end to end. Anything that speaks MCP over Streamable HTTP with OAuth can connect the same way.

What if my assistant does not support MCP yet?

Use the board in the meantime. Your tasks are not tied to any assistant, so the moment your client adds MCP you connect it and carry on with the same list.

Can an assistant delete my tasks?

Only if you grant it, and never for good. A delete hides the task and you can restore it for thirty days, after which it is removed along with its comments and attachments. Reorganizing the workspace is a separate permission again, and changing who can see a space is a third. Every one of those actions is recorded with the grant it used.

What happens when a connection expires?

The assistant loses access and gets a clear error telling it to ask you to renew. Nothing it created goes away. You renew from Settings, under Agents, or you leave it expired.

Can my team use the board without ever touching an assistant?

Yes. The board is a complete task manager on its own. Assistants are an extra door into the same tasks, not a requirement.

Where is my data stored?

On Amazon Web Services in the United States. Details live on Privacy and Security.
